PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CIRA MEMBERS MUST MAINTAIN A 2.0 GPA AVERAGE IN ORDER TO COMPETE IN SPRING RODEOS AND THE CNCFR. Welcome to the NEW CIRA website.
